Lighting here is an exercise in restraint — low output, warm color, fixtures hidden against period brick and clapboard — so the home reads at night without ever looking floodlit.
Williamson County’s soil runs to heavy clay, which makes trenching across a finished Franklin lawn a scar that takes a season to heal. We bury low-voltage wire with the L2 Line Layer instead — the only trenchless machine of its kind in the market — so mature turf and established beds stay whole.
