Light TN (“Light TN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is the trade name of PLL, LLC, a family-owned outdoor lighting design studio based in Burns, Tennessee. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit www.lighttn.com (the “Site”), contact us, request a consultation, or otherwise interact with our business.
By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you submit a contact or consultation form, book a consultation through our scheduler, call, email, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, phone number, and property or mailing address
- Details about your property and project (for example, the lighting you are interested in)
- Any other information you choose to include in your message or during a consultation
Payment information. If you proceed with a project, payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems. We may retain records such as invoices, amounts, and dates.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the Site. We collect this using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not send it to us.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and schedule and conduct consultations
- Prepare designs, renderings, proposals, and estimates
- Provide, perform, and support our design and installation services
- Process payments and maintain business and project records

- Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers. With companies that perform services for us — for example, website hosting, appointment scheduling, email and text-message delivery, analytics, and payment processing — who may use the information only to provide those services to us.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Light TN, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- With your direction or consent. When you ask us to share information or otherwise agree to it.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use it. 8. Your Choices and Rights
- Marketing communications. You may opt out of non-essential emails or texts at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions, replying STOP to a text, or contacting us. We will still send communications necessary for an active project.
- Access, correction, and deletion. You may ask us to access, correct, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law; we will honor those rights as required.
To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 11. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site and our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond, the Site does not currently respond to those signals.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above and post the updated policy on this page. Material changes may be communicated by additional notice where appropriate.
